That state deserves more room in your life again.
That’s exactly what the Happiness Festival is about.
When everything around you feels uncertain, what matters is what keeps you grounded within. One thing will always be in your hands: who you truly are beneath all the noise.
We can’t influence every circumstance out there – but what happens within us, we can. There is a contentment that no one can give you and no one can take away. And from that inner stability grows a lightness that carries you through everyday life.
Be your own anchor
Meditation and breath – the most direct way back to yourself.
Simple practices that carry you through everyday life.
People looking for the same thing you are – real belonging instead of small talk.
Being part of something bigger than yourself – joy grows when you share it.
The Happiness Festival brings all four together in one evening – and it starts before that: with happiness challenges leading up to the festival.
Since 1981, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has taught breath-based meditation techniques for total well-being, touching the lives of over 1 billion people worldwide.
He developed the Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique and trained a worldwide network of more than 40,000 teachers. Numerous scientific studies today examine the method’s positive effects on stress, well-being and mental health.
As a peacemaker, he has been committed to dialogue and understanding in international conflicts for decades.

Honest question
Courses, retreats, apps – you’ve tried a lot and know how quickly a lovely high fades. That’s why this evening is built differently:
No hype, no empty promises.
A practice with 45 years of experience – and an evening that is truly about you.
Thousands of people. Real encounters. A community that connects.
But the people tell it best.
„My mind went truly quiet for the first time.“
I had never meditated before and was surprised how easily I settled. Afterwards I felt clearer and more focused than I had in ages.

“It’s real change.”
It’s not just intellectual. It’s real change. There’s a sense of clarity and lightness. I feel like I’m becoming free.
Abhishek R.
“I feel so full, aware, and light.”
The stillness continues to deepen. There’s so much silence, yet I feel so full, aware, and light.

Happiness is right here and now.
Don’t wait to be happy later. Be happy now.
Always with you. Always available.
Inner strength in turbulent times starts in a surprisingly simple place: your breath.
Day and night, without a pause: every single breath brings the energy every cell lives on.
It runs automatically, yet you can steer it consciously. That brings you to inner calm within minutes.
Every emotion has its own rhythm of breath. Change the rhythm and you change how you feel.
And: breathing techniques train your “presence muscle” – and happiness lies in the present.
Your highlight of 2026.

With the Happiness Challenge you take concrete exercises for everyday life home with you. If you want to go deeper, Art of Living offers courses and a community – in Munich too.
The event will be held in both German and English.
There are no prerequisites. Everyone is welcome, whether new or experienced in meditation.
