Sound familiar?
You’ve been under pressure for months, and even your free time no longer recharges you.
Switching off isn’t a question of time. It’s a skill – and one you can learn.
Resilient, not burnt out
If you’re running at full speed all the time, a free weekend isn’t enough. Resilience can be built – and it rests on four pillars:
Meditation and breathwork are the fastest way there.
Simple routines for your working day.
A network that holds – beyond the office.
Purpose is the most sustainable driver of focus and energy.
The Happiness Festival brings all four together in one evening – and you take home what you’ll need on Tuesday.
The evidence
Inner strength in turbulent times starts in a surprisingly simple place: your breath.
Day and night, without a pause: every single breath brings the energy every cell lives on.
It runs automatically, yet you can steer it consciously. That brings you to inner calm within minutes.
Every emotion has its own rhythm of breath. Change the rhythm and you change how you feel.
And: breathing techniques train your “presence muscle” – and happiness lies in the present.
One evening away from emails, notifications, meetings and mental noise. And going home different from how you arrived.
Arrive early, find your seat and leave the day behind you.
Places for real encounters and new connections – with vegetarian soul food on site.
Bhavini Vyas, Marcel Verbay & band open with music that goes straight to the heart.
Arrive, settle in and start the evening together.

Calm, clarity, focus –
but the people tell it best.
“My mind went truly quiet for the first time.”
I had never meditated before and was surprised how easily I settled. Afterwards I felt clearer and more focused than I had in ages.
Emett
“I sleep through the night again – no racing thoughts.”
I was sceptical, to be honest. After the breathing technique my head was quiet for the first time in months. I do it in the evenings now, five minutes, that’s enough.
Nikolai B.
“Didn’t think ten minutes of breathing could do so much.”
I only tried it because a colleague wouldn’t stop talking about it. Now I do it in the morning before my first call. My head is simply clearer.
Sebastian K.
The app question
Apps are great for ten minutes between two meetings. This is something different.
Several hours dedicated entirely to resetting mind and body.
One evening offline can do what another evening on your phone can’t.

Yes. The focus is on practical breathwork, meditation and a strong live experience with music. No dress code, no experience needed, no incense-stick programme.
Because the goal isn’t another evening of entertainment, but a real reset. Ten minutes of an app between two meetings can’t do that – an evening completely offline can.
Yes. You learn exercises you can repeat in everyday life – at home, before sleep, between two meetings.
