Packed lecture halls, packed feeds, packed head – and still the feeling of being alone with it all. What no one can take from you: the ability to calm down. And that can be learned.
You can’t control everything out there – but what happens inside you, you can. There is a calm no one can give you and no one can take away. That’s exactly what keeps you going – in exam season and in the rest of life.
Always with you. Always available.
Inner strength in turbulent times starts in a surprisingly simple place: your breath.
Day and night, without a pause: every single breath brings the energy every cell lives on.
It runs automatically, yet you can steer it consciously. That brings you to inner calm within minutes.
Every emotion has its own rhythm of breath. Change the rhythm and you change how you feel.
And: breathing techniques train your “presence muscle” – and happiness lies in the present.
Be your own anchor
Breathwork instead of doomscrolling – simple exercises that work right away.
Simple practices that work even in exam week.

Joy grows the moment you share it.
The Happiness Festival brings all four together in one day – and it begins the moment you register: with happiness challenges leading up to the festival.
Since 1981, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has taught breath-based meditation techniques for total well-being, touching the lives of over 1 billion people worldwide.
